Yes we can provide us with the vehicle pick up location, destination, where the vehicle should be parked and keys left and method of payment to charge once the ride completes
Drivers are covered by your insurance policy while transporting your vehicle
The driver is liable for all moving violations while driving your vehicle. Drivers are not employees of Greater Vancouver Designated Drivers they are Independent Contractors. In the event of any fines or instances you will be required to deal with the driver directly and not Greater Vancouver Designated Drivers.
You can cancel up to 1 hour prior to the reservation or pick up time with no charges once the driver has been dispatched to your location there will be a $30 cancellation fee
Once the drivers arrive you have a 10 minute grace period to come out, after the 10 min $1 per minute is charged until you are ready to go
Yes no problem at all there are no additional drop off fees charged only the additional cost in km`s travelled
You are welcome to make any stops en route home each stop $1 per minute will be charged for the duration of the stop
